Child Welfare Case Management (CWS/CMS)
Project Overview: Created the transition plan and all other plans to implement the States Child Welfare System - Case Management System to a user base of nearly a thousand staff. Project involved migration of information from multiple sources to the new system along with Hardware and Software and necessary Infrastructure (Help Desk, Servers, Policies and Procedures, Staffing, etc.) to support the new environment.
