Major Initiative Transitions

Project Overview: To ensure organizations successfully transitions systems into their operations and operate these systems  into the future we have created and used on multiple occasions the Major Initiatives Transition Plan.  The Plan includes steps and methodologies used well before any technology efforts are performed.  It is used as a part of project management efforts and after.  It looks at the enterprise as a whole and the impact that systems will have on the entire organization - maximizing that impact and minimizing the issues that
