Project Overview: Developed a Strategic
Information Systems Plan for a $750 million dollar Health Services
organization. The Plan addresses the major business issues
facing the organization along with corresponding Information
Technology solutions needing implementation to further the Organization's
Mission. The Business aspect of the plan focused
on the functional diversity of the organization, their need for
quicker business decisions making tools, and the need to address
client's needs across "siloed" and autonomous Divisions.
