Sample Interview Questions

1. Do you have questions regarding the job description?

2. Provide a brief description of your background and experiences as it directly relates to this position.

3. Have you ever worked in a partially unionized workplace?

4. What skills and abilities are your greatest assets?  How did you develop this expertise?

5. What did you do in your last position to contribute toward a teamwork environment?

6. What kinds of people irritate you?

7. Ideally, what steps would you take to fully develop the business requirements into technical specifications for development staff?

8. What would you do if the customer does not know what they want?

9. How would you work with and manage development staff to ensure project delivery on time and on budget?

10. The Department is in the process of creating new  positions that will replace contract positions.  Is Department/Company employment of interest to you?
